He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Pacilio (Vincenzo), Domenico Letizia, Andrea Letizia, Massimo Letizia (Roger Craine) and Julia Letizia; and his nieces and nephews, Maria Di Rutigliano (Jose Vazquez), Nello Pacilio, Giovanna Pisarczyk (John), Maria Lucia Bavuso (Joseph), Carmine Di Rutigliano (Ashley), Vincenzo Letizia (Jocelyn), Gianna Letizia, Franco Letizia and Sofia Letizia.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the St Giles Catholic Church (1045 Columbian Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302).
