We are sad to announce that, on September 11, 2021, at the age of 66, Jim Klosak of Cicero, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jim Klosak to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillian Klosak and Henry Klosak; his children, Krista and Kyle Klosak; his grandson Mason Klosak; his siblings, John Klosak (Diane), Linda Smith (Pete) and Ronald Klosak (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Kim, Jill, Dayna, Mike and Randy.
