He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry (Rita), Charles (Carrie) and Sandra Wills (late David); and his parents, Henry and Veronica.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his children, Leslie (Stacey), Michael (Laura) and Carolyn Hewitt (Vince); and his grandchildren, Leslie Jr., Courtney, Olivia Arp, Kacie Heeter, Jimmy and Kyle Hewitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
