With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Schell of Cisne, Illinois, who passed away on October 30, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil G. Schell and Elizabeth Schell (Hilliard); his brothers, John, Ivan, Phillip, Roy and Charles; and his brother-in-law Clifford Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Schell of Cisne, IL; his daughters, Angela Harrison (Steven) of Cisne, IL. and Staci Mays (Derek) of Wayne City, IL; his grandchildren, McKensie Harrison, Andrew Harrison, Maddux Mays and Marschell Mays; his sisters, Janice Lowe of Cisne, IL and Betty Kaston of Rockford, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Judi Schell of Johnsonville, IL, Eula Schell of Jonesboro, AR, Kevin Lowe (Ronda) of Cisne, IL. and Carolyn Matchett (George) of Cisne, IL. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Memorials in memory of Jerry may be given to Union Grove Church Camp and will be accepted at the funeral home.
