She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Mugrage and Verl Mugrage (Bullard); her spouse Jerry Withrow; her grandson Bryan Lee Withrow; her brother Sonny; and her siblings-in-law, Alkie Mugrage and Kenny Bradham.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark Allen Withrow (Tena), Brett Lee Withrow (Kris) and Bryan Dee Withrow (Tracey); and her sisters, Pat Bradham and Donna Butler (Tip). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cisne Cemetery.
