She is survived by: her husband Tom Schmitt; and her children, Tammy Forsythe (Missouri), Ronald Forsythe (Tennessee), Scott Forsythe, Ricky Forsythe and Rebecca Mack (Indiana). She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren & 8 Great Grandchildren.
