She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eli Jr. and Pearl S. Fellows (Sands); her sons, Doug Shaffer, Bill Moseley and Allen Moseley; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Moseley; and her brothers, Roger and Dean Fellows.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Shaffer of Clay City; her daughter Karen Butler (Bob) of Grove City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Amanda Joseph (Mark) of Worthington, Melissa Peterson (Ken) of Hilliard, Andrew Butler of Grove City, Shae Moseley (Toni) of San Diego, Sheena Cooley (Jake) of Louisville, Brian Shaffer (Wendy) of St. Paul, Jeremy Shaffer (Dawn) of St. Peter and Braxton Shaffer (Ann) of Xenia; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Torres (Brian), Karli Whitt (Zack), Annabelle Peterson, Calista Peterson, Simon Peterson, Lilia Joseph, Collin Flowers, Aunicka Flowers, Wyatt Cooley, Kennedy Cooley, Isaac Shaffer, Silas Shaffer, Freya Shaffer, Sylvia Shaffer, Lizzie Shaffer and Paisley Shaffer; her great great grandchildren, Miles Carroll and Everett Whitt; and her sister-in-law Judy Moseley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank & Bright Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Flora, IL 62839). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Community Southern Baptist Church in Clay City, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
