She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Payne and Dorothy Payne (Welch); her husband Ronnie Dale Burt; and her children, Michelle Workman and Bryan Adkins.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Jacob Frank of Sailor Springs and Brittani Workman of Flora; her great grandchildren, Layla of Sailor Springs, Kyler of Sailor Springs, Zeth Frank of Sailor Springs and Anderson Snyder of Sailor Springs; and her stepdaughter Kim Burt.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
