Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Schnepper of Clay City, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 68, on September 13, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Schnepper and Evelyn Schnepper (Devore); his brother Danny Schnepper; his grandson Christopher Riggs; and his mother-in-law Jencie Butcher.
He is survived by: his wife Kristina Butcher; his children, Michael Schnepper (Michelle), Emily Riggs (Scott), Hanna Page (Matt) and Abbey Schnepper; his grandchildren, Quentin Grayson, Macie Schnepper, Isabella Grayson, Lauren Schnepper, Harper Page, Hazel Page, Carter Roberson, Cooper Roberson, Halle Page, Moriah Felter, Malynda Waite and Macaulay Page; his father-in-law Pete Butcher; his siblings, Gary Schnepper (Linda), Paul Schnepper (Regina), Glen Schnepper (Linda) and Barbara Milligan (Dana); and his sister-in-law Cathy Schnepper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank & Bright Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Flora, IL 62839). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
John's wishes were for donations to be used for a local charitable need.
