She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara McGrew (Ronnie) of Xenia, IL and Dena Ferguson (Tony) of Carterville, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Josh Welty, Alissa Ellis, Christopher Ferguson, Zach Fenton and Harley Ferguson.
Memorials in memory of Kathy may be given to Clay County Hospice or Clay County Crusaders and will be accepted at the funeral home.
