Randy Hardy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 70, Randy Hardy of Clay City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Eugene Hardy and Mary Patricia Hardy (Tatman); his sister Beth Hardy; his father-in-law Carl Wayne Cox; and his sister-in-law Dawn Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hardy of Clay City; his children, Scott Hardy (Miranda) of Louisville, Laura Hardy (Klint Griffith) of Mt. Erie and Bradley Hardy of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Hazel, Harlow, Hope Hardy, Cameran Riley and Luna Griffith; his mother-in-law Marilyn Cox of Flora; his stepmother Janet Hardy of Flora; his stepsister Tina Winka (Mike) of Flora; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Gansauer (Brian), Carla Hildebrand (Travis) and Darrell Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hoosier Prairie Baptist Church (488 Titanium Rd, Louisville, IL 62858).
Memorial donations are suggested to Boy Scout Troop 8282 or Hoosier Prairie Baptist Church, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
