It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rich Colclasure of Clay City, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Colclasure and Lola Colclasure; his son Matthew Ashley Colclasure; and his siblings, Bernice "Doc", Buren "Buck", Ivan "Ike", Mary Bell, Charles, Tom and Jack.
He is survived by : his close friend Rita Caywood; his daughter Angela Reap (Mark Reap); his grandchildren, Katie and Aiden; his daughter Leigha Colclasure (Richard White); his granddaughter Eleanor; his daughter Jill Colclasure; and his siblings, Betty Jane Cooper and Melvin Vernon "Jiggs" Colclasure. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations to honor Rich are suggested to the Clay City/Sailor Springs American Legion Post 230, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
