He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl A. Utley and Neva Florine Utley (Auteberry); his wife Deanna K. "DeDe" Bensken; his son Michael Utley; his grandson Chuck Burkett; his son-in-law Terry Burkett; and his siblings, Dale Godert, Sanda Utley, Maxine Howe and Max Utley.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Burkett of Flora, Wes Utley of Strasburg, Allen Utley (Ronda) of Plato, Krystal Wiegel of Flora, Matthew Utley (April) of Monticello and Sarah Easley (Jeramy) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Joshua Burkett (Carly), Deanna Burkett (Yoshi), Jacob Burkett (Laura), Jonah Burkett (Tricia), Wallace "Wes" Utley III (Jessica), Luke Utley (Tori), Isaac Utley, David Utley, Allen Utley Jr. (Candace), Dustin Utley (Kayla), Scott Taylor (Breanna), Maddox Utley, Molly Utley, Clara Utley and Lucy Utley; and his granddaughter-in-law Sara Burkett. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to Flora Little League, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
