She is survived by : her parents, Leslie E. Voorhis and Melissa D. Voorhis; her fiancé Nick Dyer; her son Colton Dyer; her stepchildren, Natasha and Jason Dyer; her brother Nicholas Voorhis (Addey); her niece Lilly Voorhis; and her grandparents, Cathy Gieker, Les and Diana Voorhis. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hamilton Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses or to Melissa Voorhis to establish an education fund for Colton.
