He was predeceased by: his father Edward Collins; and his daughter Serena. He is survived by: his children, Kali Collins (Zach), Aubree Collins, Josh Collins and Axel Cunningham (Cassie); his mother Judy Howell Farmer (Glenn); his partner's children, Richard, Brody and Sawyer; and his siblings, Brian Collins (Melina), Joe Burton (Sarah) and Amanda Burton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
