He is survived by : his mother Jan Haislip Pfeiffer of Quincy; his spouse Gail Blincoe; his children, Douglas Foote (Katherine) of Fowler, IL, Heather Factor of Camp Point, IL and Jacob Foote (Brandy) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Zachary, Elizabeth Foote of Fowler, IL, Alexis Factor of East Peoria, IL, Michaela Factor of Golden, IL, Braydon, Branigan Factor of Camp Point, IL, Kaitlin Herbranson of Wentzville, MO and Kelsee Moore of Payson, IL; his stepmother Marilyn Foote of Quincy; his siblings, Lisa Morrison (Andy) of Quincy, James Grue of Hannibal, MO, Bon T. Foote, Jr. of Mt. Sterling, IL, Lori Hogan of Quincy, Ted Woodyard (Sandy) of Billings, MT, Mike Woodyard (Charlotte) of Franklin, IL and Cathy Woodyard Barlow of Golden, IL; his siblings-in-law, Billie Steinkamp of Quincy, Linda Reichert of Adams, IL and Jimmy Goehl of Quincy; and his pet Ramzy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
