He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Brozak and Ruth Brozak; his brother Richard Brozak; and his son Anthony Wonders. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Brozak; his children, Brian Wonders (Christina Crane), Bill (Rebecca Crane), Tim (Jeni Crane) and Miranda (Andy Fjelde); and his sister Frances Gamons (Carrie Brozak). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in David's memory in lieu of flowers.
