He is survived by: his wife Laurie Burke; his sons, Jeff (Deborah), Scott (Dawn) and Steven Burke; his siblings, Sharon, Linda, Rose, Susan, Joe and Tim Burke; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Airicca, Sadee, Seth, Donovan and Isaiah; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Rylee, Lamello, Silas and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Kankakee.
