He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dukes of Clinton, IL; his son Jon Dukes of Clinton, IL; his siblings, Lowell Dukes of Central City, KY and Geraldean Ingram (Robert) of Beaver Dam, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Dukes of Bloomington, IL, Betty Fryman of Normal, IL, Jack and Pat Cavitt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
