Kathryn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Kathryn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kathryn will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete DiPaolo and Catherine DiPaolo (Kay) of Coal City; and her brother David of Corona, CA.. She is survived by: her sister Donna Hanley (Roger) of Tampa; and her sister-in-law Kris DiPaolo. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends.
During the pandemic she would drive to her campus parking lot to connect to university wi-fi, teaching classes from her car.
Memorials can be made to the CSU, Fullerton Jeanine Congalton Scholarship already established in her honor.
