He is survived by: his significant other Patricia De La Rosa; his stepchildren, Veronica Diaz (Gustavo) of Indianapolis, IN, Jessica Jimenez, Tanya Delgado (Armando) of Indianapolis, IN and Shane De La (Trisha); his sister Laura Holcomb of Ransom, IL; his niece Sabrina Janke (Eric); his nephews, John, David Carr and Joe Filippone; and his stepmother Josephine Holcomb of Ottawa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
