He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lutes and Elsie Latham (McSpadden); his daughter Rhonda Swanson; and his brothers, Douglas Lutes and Troy Lutes.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Lutes; his daughters, Bryn Lutes (Rene' A. Garza) and Afton Lutes (Andy Vota); his grandchildren, Westin Serena, Wyleigh Serena, Monique Waddell, Kenneth R. Smith and Kenneth E. Bannon III; his great grandchildren, Cadence Kent, Kash Smith, Kye Smith, Joseph Bannon and Rhonda Bannon; and his sister Becky Haldorson (Dean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
