With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Maland of Coal City, Illinois, born in Morris, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Earl and Rose J. Maland (Spiezio). He is survived by : his sons, Peter, Jr. Maland (Tami) of Diamond and Tony Maland (Megan Anderson) of Coal City; his grandchildren, Rita, Peter III and Charles; and his brothers, Ronald Maland (Mary Jo), Rick Maland (Mary Ann), Michael Maland, Brad Allen and Buddy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made as gifts in Buddy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
