He is survived by: his sons, Walt Mahaffay (Lynne) and Frank Mahaffay (Rachael Rinchiuso); his grandchildren, Kayla Musson (Cody), Kellee Phillips (Paul) and Jake Mahaffay; his great grandchildren, Ainslee, Nash and Ada; and his brothers, David Mahaffay (Irene) and Frank Mahaffay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
