He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Margaret "Peggy" Smith (Wunderlich) of Milan; his wife Lyndee Birely; his children, Blake and Haylee; his brother Shawn; his sister-in-law Rachel Smith of Lake St; his nieces, Hayden and Sophie Smith; his stepgrandmother Clarice Wunderlich of Rock Island; his siblings-in-law, Tim and Shana Birely; his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Adam; his pet Rizzo; Warren and Debbie Birely of Sherrard. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
