Agnes I. Barnhouse Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes I. Barnhouse of Coal Valley, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reeder and Bernadine Reeder (Hall); her husband Charles E. Barnhouse; her granddaughter Jennifer Thor; and her siblings, William Reeder and Marilyn Petty.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene (Steve Thor) and John (Claire Barnhouse); her grandchildren, Sarah Jones (Rickie) of Zionsville, Matthew Thor of Carthage, Jaclyn Jordan (Aaron) of Edwardsville, Illinois and Charlotte Jordan; Ava and Ryan Jones.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory - Coal Valley (1700 1st St, Coal Valley, IL 61240). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Western Township Cemetery (15093 E 200th St, Orion, IL 61273).
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Coal Valley.
