He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Beveridge; his children, David Needham of Colona and Deborah Sanders of Davenport, Iowa; his grandson Nicholas Sanders (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Elijah Sanders and Isaiah Sanders; his siblings, Bertha Franks (Roland) of Maryville, Tennessee and Frank Needham, Jr. of Rock Island; and his siblings-in-law, Marion Needham and George Shirk. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
