He was predeceased by : his parents, John C. Moffit and Laura S. Moffit (Dodds); and his brothers-in-law, Andrew Dexter and DuWayne Arp. He is survived by : his siblings, Eileen Dexter of Eldridge, Sandy Arp of Durango, Jean Keppy (Glen) of Eldridge and Tom Moffit (Nancee) of LeClaire, Iowa.
