He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Bergren and Betty Coopman Bergren. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Michael Bergren (Emily) and Jennifer Lynn Bergren; his wife Sandy; his grandchildren, Jackson, Jenelle and Bentley; and his sisters, Linda Polich (Fred) and Nancy Pizzurro (Bob). He is also survived by niece, several nephews, a grand-nephew, and several cousins.
