He is survived by : his wife Tammy McAdam; his children, Elizabeth MacKenzie (Zack), Jenna Adams (Jeff) and James McAdam (Amy Nixon); his grandchildren, Madalyn MacKenzie, Dean and Diana Adams; his brothers, Dave McAdam (Jean) and Randy McAdam; and his pet Ellie May.
