He is survived by: his wife Terrie; his children, Stephanie S. Richards (Aaron) of Wichita Falls, TX, Stephen E. Palmer, Jr. of Stanwood, IA, Sharie S. Vanaman (Tom) and Sheldon E. Palmer (Jen); and his half-sister Toni Coi-Price (Brent) of Jacksonville, FL..
Cremation rites will be accorded, and burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Davenport at a later date, Memorials may be made to Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.
