He was predeceased by: his parents, Methuselah Walters and Violet Walters (Manery); and his brother-in-law Robert Carmack. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Argenbright (Virginia); his daughters, Susan Walters of Moline, Amy Walters Sletten (Rob Sletten) and Karla Nicholson of Milan, Illinois; his grandson Alexander Walters (Maggie Pappas); and his sisters, Patricia Carmack of Rock Island and Shirley Cirrcione (Jim) of Moline.
Memorials may be made to Marsha Walters to be used for the purchase of trees to help beautify and flourish Coal Valley parks or to Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.
