She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Tournear and Valinda Beckman Tournear; her husband John B. Peters; and her brothers, Richard, Russell, Loren and Gene Tournear.
She is survived by: her sons, John Daniel Peters (JoAnn Cannell) of Coatsburg and Randy Gene Peters of Coatsburg; her grandchildren, Dawn Peters of Golden, IL, Jennifer Henry (Blake) of LaPrairie, IL, Ashley Peters (Michael Goodwin) of Quincy, Tasha Peters of Coatsburg, Bradley Peters of Wrights, IL and Heather Holder; her great grandchildren, Cody Hoener, Dayton, Paxton Goodwin, Reid, Khyleigh Henry and Jonah Peters; and her sisters-in-law, Jeannene Tournear and Georgeann Tournear. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
