With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Evalena Flick of Cobden, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Evalena left this world on October 19, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Esta Reynolds and Catherine Reynolds (Melton); her brothers, Donald Reynolds (Ruthie) and Albert Reynolds (Phyllis); her granddaughter Robin; Dave Hubbs.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Flick of Cobden; her children, Kevin Wayne Flick (Cindy) of Vienna, Bruce Flick of Boskeydell and Kenykay Flick of Alto Pass; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Kelly (Josh), Gage, Aaron (Marissa), Sarah, Will (Jessica) and Jessie (Logan); her great grandchildren, Bailey, Brock, Lauren, Wyatt, Marshell, Madrick and Malcolm; and her sister Carolyn Hunziker (Delmar). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home (214 N Front St, Cobden, IL 62920). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Cobden Cemetery.
