He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Clutts and Dorothy E. Clutts (Harrell). He is survived by: his wife Louise Clutts (Dodge) of Cobden; his children, Stacy Smith (Greg), Brock Proctor and Josh Proctor (Danielle); his grandchildren, Haley Smith, Molly Falgout (Luke) and Rilynn Proctor; his sister Janet Meadows; his niece Rhondalynn Rushing (Ken); and his nephew Jeff Meadows. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
