Judith Kay Horn Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2026, at the age of 76, Judith Kay Horn of Cobden, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lott and Evelyn Morella Lott (Cobb); and her sisters, Patricia Elaine Horn and Peggy Ann Herring Nannie. She is survived by: her husband Gene Horn; her children, Gene F. Horn, Jr. of Cobden and Dawn Marie Scarborough (Michael) of Cobden; her grandsons, David (Ashley), Brandon (Andrea) and Matthew Scarborough; and her great grandchild David "Tater" Michael Scarborough. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
