He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Eugene. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Terbrak (Davis); his wife Darlene Terbrak of Cobden; and his brother Mark Terbrak of Dongola. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
