He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Todd (Bruce) of West Frankfort, Brent Crnokrak (Jill) of Christopher, Kent Crnokrak (Sandy) of Troy and Bill Crnokrak (Jeanne) of West Frankfort; his grandchildren, Bethany Thompson (David), Matt Todd (Chelsey), Whitney Hoffer (Kevin), Nick Crnokrak (Chelsey), Rachel Hagen (Rob), Alex Crnokrak (Lynsi), Anna Crnokrak and Jordan Murphy; his siblings, Jenette Robinson of Coello and Robert Crnokrak of Benton; his caregiver Evelyn Dial; and his pet Callie. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
