She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Boekhaus and Helen Boekhaus (McPherson); her siblings, Fredrick Boekhaus and Carol Hufendick; and her nephew Mark Hufendick.
She is survived by: her husband David Lantz of Colchester, IL; her brother Ken Boekhaus (Labetta) of Villa Rica, GA; her niece Megan Daugherty (Evan); and her nephews, Mike Hufendick (Deb) and Corbin Boekhaus (Melissa).
Memorials may be made out to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
