She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Jedda and Mary Jedda; her former husband Harry Pluta of Chicago, IL; her husband Hugh "Hooks" Hoffman; her son Perry Pluta; and her brother Albert Jedda.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Pluta (Carol Vangeison) and Michael Pluta; her granddaughter Melissa Sharp (Brian); her sister-in-law Verna Jedda; and her stepchildren, Jim Hoffman (Nancy), Sue Dorn (Michael) and Linda Johnson (Mark). She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Glen-Ed Pantry.
