He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Ellen; his brothers, Robert Gerald Francis and Garlan Dale Francis; and his parents, Woodrow (Velma) and Francis.
He is survived by : his children, Angela Francis of Collinsville, IL and David Francis of Collinsville, IL; and his siblings, Kenneth Francis (Joan) of Wappapello, MO and Kathy Pettit (Gary) of Columbia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
