She was predeceased by: her parents, George Barbins and Milda Barbins; her son Karl Stahnke; her grandson John Tsakanikas; and her siblings, Miranda Jensen, Torild Barbins, Atis Barbis and Zigurds Barbins.
She is survived by: her children, John Stahnke, Lenore Tsakanikas and Carma Stahnke; her grandchildren, Dimitri Tsakanikas, Natalia Tsakanikas, Aaron Stahnke, Jason Stahnke, Alexander Stahnke and Gabriel Stahnke; her great grandchildren, Ariel, Atlas, Evangeline, Emmabelle, Prometheus and Sophie; and her sister Ruth Paul (Jerry). She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
