He was predeceased by: his parents, Hrant Semerdjian and Mentouhi Semerdjian (Gerjekian); his wife Sonya Karen Ohanesian (Astorian); his son Claude Ohanesian; and his sister Seta Semerdjian.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura McCann (Damian) of Collinsville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Allyson McCann (Joseph Farmer), John McCann, Lenna Ohanesian and Christina Ohanesian; and his great grandchildren, Adam and Alex Farmer. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
