He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Marshall; his children, Scott Marshall, Brett Marshall (Patti) and Amber Marshall (Michael Hayes); his grandchildren, Johnny, Ian, Darbie, Jeron, Desiree, Brianna and Eloise; and his siblings, Eddie Marshall, Lavadna Hines (Tom) and Magadline Miller (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
