He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Haeffner; his daughter Shanna; his parents, Ernesta Haeffner and Robert Haeffner Sr.; and his brother Robert Lee Haeffner.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy John, Thomas Michael of Collinsville and Dana Sue Koch of Swansea, Illinois..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kassly Meridith Funeral Home (515 Vandalia St, Collinsville, IL 62234). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, Jack is requesting donations be made to the Collinsville Food Pantry.
