He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Mildred Boyle, Jr.; his wife Judith Boyle; his father Joseph Boyle,; his son Michael Christian Boyle; his grandchild Randi "Rie" Hostetler; and his sisters, Mildred Joanne Boyle, Carol Jane LaFuria and Susan Juanita Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, James Wayne Boyle, Jr., DeAnn Marie Cole and Christina LaRosa; his grandchildren, Jessica Kruse, James Boyle, III, Jamie Elizabeth Marie Boyle, Josh Boyle, Jimm Cole, Nicholas Davis and Lauryn Davis; his great grandchildren, Lorelei Kruse, Jozzalyn Boyle, Trianna Boyle, Zakary Boyle, Kayden Cole, Kynadie Gallagher, Henry Cole and Liam Hostetler; his siblings, Joseph Perry Boyle, III and Judith Lee MacManus; and his sister-in-law Susan Kay Boyle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Meridith Funeral Home (515 Vandalia St, Collinsville, IL 62234). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home (515 Vandalia St, Collinsville, IL 62234). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the St Johns Cemetery (105 National Terrace, Collinsville, IL 62234).
