He is survived by: his wife Deanna B. Mills; his sons, Jimmy L. Mills Jr. and Timothy "Arty" Mills; his stepchildren, Serena Hunter and Gene Garcia Jr.; and his brother Oscar "Buddy" Mills. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
