He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Kelley and Mae Emily Kelley; and his half-sister Phylis Hooks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kelley; his children, David Kelley and Kimberly Scott (Darell); his grandchildren, Kelly Scott, Darrell Scott III and Amber Scott (Alex Dow); his great grandchild Scotlyn George; and his brother Joe Kelley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barry Wilson Funeral Home (2800 N Center St, Maryville, IL 62062). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery.
