Rimar Sr. (Collinsville, Illinois), born in Mount Olive, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Deanna M. Rimar; his parents, John Rimar and Ruth Rimar; and his brother Michael Rimar. He is survived by: his wife Ardy M. Kuecker-Rimar; his children, John Rimar (Ann) of Collinsville, IL, Steven Hedlund (Sharon) of Staunton, IL, Martin A. Hedlund of Collinsville, IL, Linda Atkinson (Larry) of Edwardsville, IL, JoDe Dietsch (Lennie) of Evanston, IL and Debra K. Ohlendorf of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Laura Frawley (Justin), Elle Tyler Dietsch, Samantha Hedlund, Jenna Ohlendorf, Ashlyn Gibbons (Mason), Andrea Fox (Johnnie) and Teagan Eckmann; his great grandchildren, Stella, Brianne and Alli Mae; his brother Joseph Rimar (Carol) of Mt. Olive, IL; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Rimar of Troy, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Four Paws Sake Rescue or Father McGivney Catholic High School and will be received at the funeral home.
