She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Smith (Peter); her father Emil "Ham" Ferrero; her sister Karen Jean Hill; her siblings-in-law, Roger Wentz, Dennis "Ike" Haislar and Joan K. Smith; and her parents-in-law, Virginia R. Smith and W. Allen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Smith (Amy) and Jennifer Lewis (Bruce); her grandchildren, Kassidy Smith (Connor Donahue), Sarah Bittle (Brendan) and Jacob Lewis (Brittany Johnson); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Owen, Tate and Jax; her mother Evelyn K. Ferrero (Feig); her brother Dennis Ferrero (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Gary Hill, Bill Smith (Debbie), Thom Smith (Faith), Ginny Wentz, Trisha Haislar and Peggy Black (Chuck). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
